Effective date: 14 July 2026 · Last updated: 14 July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Lennam website, booking platform, mobile features, communications and related services, collectively referred to as the “Platform.”
The Platform allows customers to discover and book private boat journeys, charters, transfers and related marine experiences provided by independent boat owners, captains and charter operators.
By accessing the Platform, submitting a booking request, completing a payment or otherwise using Lennam, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
Lennam is a technology-enabled booking platform for private boat journeys and related services.
In these Terms, “Lennam,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the legal entity operating the Lennam platform, available on request. “Customer,” “you” and “your” refer to the person accessing the Platform or making a booking. “Passenger” refers to every person included in a booking. “Operator” refers to the independent boat owner, captain, charter company or service provider responsible for performing the booked journey. “Booking” refers to a reservation confirmed through the Platform. “Trip” refers to the private boat journey, charter, transfer or related service described in the Booking confirmation.
Unless Lennam expressly states otherwise, Lennam does not own, captain, crew or directly operate the vessels displayed on the Platform. The Operators offering Trips through Lennam are independent service providers and are not Lennam’s employees.
Lennam facilitates the discovery, reservation, payment and coordination of Trips. The relevant Operator is responsible for operating the vessel and performing the Trip.
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make a Booking.
When you make a Booking for other Passengers, you confirm that you are authorised to act on their behalf, that the information supplied for the group is accurate and that you will communicate all relevant Booking conditions and safety information to them.
The person making the Booking is responsible for ensuring that all Passengers comply with these Terms, the Booking confirmation, the Platform’s passenger safety instructions and any reasonable directions given by the captain or crew.
Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout the Trip unless Lennam and the Operator have expressly approved another arrangement in writing.
Lennam acts as an intermediary between Customers and independent Operators.
When a Booking is confirmed, the Operator is responsible for providing the Trip described in the Booking confirmation, subject to reasonable changes required by weather, sea conditions, vessel safety, tides, official restrictions or other legitimate operational considerations.
Lennam may display listings, facilitate availability requests, collect or arrange payment, communicate Booking information, coordinate customer support, provide departure and safety instructions and assist with changes, disruptions, complaints, refunds or rebooking.
Lennam does not guarantee that every Operator will accept every Booking request or that every boat displayed will remain available until the Booking has been confirmed.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Listings may include information about the boat type, approximate passenger capacity, departure point, destination, route, duration, starting price, amenities, inclusions, exclusions and other Trip characteristics.
Lennam seeks to present accurate and useful information. However, boats within the same category can differ in age, appearance, seating, shade, storage, equipment, layout and design.
Destination photographs and general boat photographs may be illustrative. Unless the listing identifies a specific vessel, a photograph does not guarantee that the exact boat pictured will be assigned to the Booking.
A longtail boat, speedboat, catamaran or yacht assigned to a Booking must be reasonably suitable for the confirmed passenger count, route and service category, but it may differ cosmetically from another vessel shown on the Platform.
Journey durations are estimates. Actual travel time may vary because of wind, waves, tide, marine traffic, loading conditions, route changes and the safe operating speed selected by the captain.
A price described as “from” represents the lowest starting price available for a qualifying Trip, boat type or configuration. It is not a promise that every boat, departure point, date or group size will be available at that price.
The final price may vary according to the selected boat type, the specific vessel, departure point, destination, distance, Trip duration, passenger count, season, date, departure time, fuel requirements, Operator availability, requested stops, equipment, special arrangements and other disclosed Booking conditions.
Prices are ordinarily displayed in Thai baht unless another currency is expressly shown.
Before payment, Lennam will display the total amount payable through the Platform. That amount may include the Operator’s Trip price, Lennam’s customer booking fee, selected additions, applicable taxes and any pier, marina, landing or third-party charge expressly included in the Booking.
Lennam currently applies a customer booking fee of fifteen percent of the underlying Trip price. The customer booking fee will be included in the total displayed before payment.
Lennam may separately charge the Operator a commission or platform fee. Any fee charged to the Operator does not alter the final amount already disclosed to the Customer at checkout.
Certain charges may be payable directly at a pier, marina, beach, island, national park, restaurant, attraction or activity desk.
These charges may include national park admission, island access fees, pier charges, marina fees, beach chairs, umbrellas, meals, refreshments, equipment rental, optional activities, parking, local transportation or other services supplied by third parties.
Where Lennam is aware of such charges, the listing or Booking information may provide an estimated amount. These estimates are provided for guidance and may change without notice.
Unless a charge is expressly identified as included in the Booking confirmation, it is not included in the amount paid to Lennam.
Customers should carry an appropriate payment method for any charges payable at the destination. Some third parties may accept cash, Thai QR payment or another locally available method, but Lennam cannot guarantee which methods will be accepted.
Submitting a Booking request does not by itself create a confirmed Booking.
A Booking becomes confirmed only after the boat or an approved alternative has been made available, any required Operator acceptance has been obtained, payment has been successfully completed or authorised and Lennam has issued a Booking confirmation.
The opening of a payment page, generation of a payment code, initiation of a transfer, upload of a payment screenshot or appearance of a pending payment status does not constitute confirmation.
Where the requested boat is unavailable before confirmation, Lennam may offer another suitable vessel, departure time, departure point, Operator, date or route.
Lennam will not impose a materially more expensive alternative without your agreement.
If Lennam cannot confirm the requested Booking and no acceptable alternative is agreed, any payment already collected for that unconfirmed Booking will be refunded.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorised third-party payment provider.
The payment methods available to you will be displayed during checkout and may vary according to your location, currency, device, bank, payment-provider eligibility and technical availability.
By submitting payment information, you authorise the payment provider to charge the total amount displayed at checkout.
Where payment processing is handled by a third-party provider, Lennam does not store your complete payment-card information.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may impose foreign-exchange charges, foreign-transaction fees or other charges outside Lennam’s control.
A Booking is not confirmed until Lennam has received reliable confirmation that payment has been successfully completed or authorised.
Your Booking confirmation will ordinarily identify the Trip date, departure time, passenger count, boat category or assigned vessel, departure point, destination or route, amount paid, principal inclusions and exclusions and relevant arrival instructions.
You must review the Booking confirmation promptly and notify Lennam as soon as possible if any information is incorrect.
You are responsible for ensuring that the passenger count, date, contact details and selected Trip are accurate.
An error reported promptly may be capable of correction. Lennam cannot guarantee correction after the boat has been reserved, the departure time has approached or non-refundable costs have been incurred.
Trips may depart from piers, marinas, beaches, jetties, pontoons or other approved access points around Phuket or another destination displayed on the Platform.
You are responsible for reviewing the confirmed departure location, opening any map link supplied, allowing sufficient travel time and arriving by the stated check-in time.
A map pin is provided for navigation assistance and does not replace the written meeting instructions contained in the Booking confirmation or subsequent operational message.
Some departure locations may require walking on sand, crossing a floating pontoon, descending stairs, stepping between moving surfaces, wading through shallow water or boarding from another vessel.
Customers should contact Lennam before booking where a Passenger has limited mobility, requires boarding assistance or uses mobility equipment.
Requests to change the date, time, route, destination, departure point, passenger count, duration, boat type, vessel or other Booking details are subject to availability.
A requested change may alter the Trip price.
A change is not confirmed until Lennam has accepted it in writing and any additional amount has been paid.
Where a Customer requests a lower-priced alternative, any refund or credit will be determined according to the cancellation and change conditions presented for that Booking.
Operators and captains are not required to accept material changes requested at the departure point or during the Trip.
The cancellation conditions applicable to your Booking will be displayed before payment and will form part of your agreement with Lennam and the Operator.
Cancellation conditions may vary according to the Operator, boat type, destination, route, season, date, advance notice, exclusive vessel reservation and any non-refundable arrangements made specifically for the Booking.
You should review the applicable cancellation conditions before completing payment.
A cancellation takes effect only when Lennam has received the request through an approved contact method and acknowledged it.
The amount of any refund will be determined by the cancellation conditions accepted at checkout, applicable consumer law and any clearly disclosed non-refundable amounts.
Refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. The time required for a refund to appear depends on the relevant bank, card issuer or payment provider and is outside Lennam’s direct control.
Customers must arrive by the time stated in the Booking confirmation.
A private boat may wait for a reasonable period where operationally possible, but waiting is not guaranteed. A late departure may shorten the Trip so that the vessel can return safely, meet tide or daylight requirements or fulfil later commitments.
You may be treated as having failed to attend where the group does not arrive within the permitted waiting period, cannot be contacted, attends the wrong departure point despite receiving correct instructions or arrives so late that the Trip can no longer proceed safely or lawfully.
A failure to attend is ordinarily non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Where a late departure remains possible, additional crew, fuel, pier or waiting charges may apply if disclosed and accepted before the delayed Trip proceeds.
Marine travel is affected by wind, waves, rainfall, visibility, tides, currents, seasonal conditions, marine traffic and official warnings.
Rain alone does not necessarily make a Trip unsafe or require cancellation.
The captain has final operational authority over the vessel. The captain may determine whether the Trip can depart, which route can be used, the safe operating speed, whether a landing point is accessible, whether swimming or snorkelling is appropriate and whether the Trip must be delayed, shortened, rerouted, suspended or cancelled.
Customers and Passengers must not pressure a captain to operate against the captain’s safety judgment, legal obligations, official instructions or reasonable assessment of marine conditions.
Where an entire Trip is cancelled before departure because the Operator or captain determines that conditions are unsafe, Lennam will ordinarily offer rebooking, an available equivalent Trip or a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled Trip.
Any non-refundable third-party amount may be excluded from a refund only where that treatment was disclosed before payment or is otherwise permitted by law.
Where a substantially equivalent Trip can proceed safely but the route, destination order, landing point or timing must reasonably change, the change will not automatically be treated as a full cancellation.
Where a Trip has already begun and must later be shortened, rerouted or ended because of deteriorating conditions or another legitimate safety concern, Lennam will review any request for a refund or credit fairly. The review may consider the portion of the Trip completed, the reason for the change, the captain’s safety decision, recoverable and non-recoverable costs and applicable consumer rights.
An Operator may be unable to perform a Trip because of a mechanical problem, vessel safety concern, captain or crew unavailability, loss of required authorisation, dangerous conditions, government restriction or another circumstance that makes performance unsafe, unlawful or impossible.
Where reasonably possible, Lennam may offer a suitable replacement boat or another reasonable arrangement.
A replacement vessel may differ in colour, age, appearance, seating layout or design. It should nevertheless remain reasonably suitable for the confirmed route, passenger count and principal service category.
Where the available replacement is materially different from the confirmed Booking, Lennam will explain the proposed substitution. You may decline a materially different substitute and request the remedy available under the applicable Booking and cancellation conditions.
You must provide an accurate passenger count, including infants and children.
Every person aboard the vessel counts toward its permitted and safe passenger capacity regardless of age.
You must notify Lennam before departure of any circumstance that may materially affect a Passenger’s ability to board, travel safely or participate in the selected Trip.
Relevant circumstances may include significant mobility limitations, the need for physical boarding assistance, recent surgery, a serious medical restriction or another condition that makes marine travel materially unsuitable.
Customers should disclose only information reasonably necessary for safe Trip planning.
Disclosure does not guarantee that a particular Trip or vessel will be suitable. Lennam may recommend a different vessel, departure point or arrangement where reasonably necessary.
Children must remain under the supervision of their parent, guardian or responsible accompanying adult throughout the Trip.
The supervising adult must ensure that children use appropriate safety equipment, remain seated when instructed, stay clear of engines and propellers, follow boarding directions and do not enter the water without permission and suitable supervision.
Neither Lennam nor the Operator replaces the responsibility of a parent, guardian or supervising adult to monitor a child.
The captain may stop or refuse unsafe conduct involving a child.
All Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions given through the Platform and by the captain or crew.
Passengers must use life jackets or other safety equipment when instructed, remain within permitted areas of the vessel, keep clear of the engine and propeller, board and disembark only when directed and avoid conduct that interferes with navigation or crew duties.
Passengers may be required to review or acknowledge safety information before departure.
A safety acknowledgment confirms that the Passenger has received relevant information. It does not waive any legal right that cannot lawfully be waived.
The captain remains responsible for operational decisions aboard the vessel.
A Passenger must not board while seriously intoxicated or under the influence of any substance to an extent that creates a safety risk.
Illegal drugs, unlawful substances, weapons, hazardous materials and other prohibited items must not be brought aboard.
Passengers must not behave violently, abusively, recklessly or in a manner that endangers the captain, crew, other Passengers, the vessel, wildlife, local residents or the marine environment.
Passengers must not interfere with navigation equipment, engines, fuel systems, controls, safety equipment or crew duties.
The captain may refuse boarding, return to shore or terminate a Trip where a Passenger’s conduct creates a legitimate safety or legal risk.
Where a Trip is refused or terminated because of serious Passenger misconduct, the Booking may be treated as non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. The responsible Customer or Passenger may also be liable for damage or reasonable additional costs caused by that conduct.
Swimming, snorkelling and other marine activities involve inherent risks.
Passengers must consider their own swimming ability, age, health, experience and the conditions on the day before entering the water or joining an activity.
The captain or crew may restrict swimming or snorkelling where conditions are unsuitable.
Activities offered separately at an island, beach, marina or attraction may be operated by an independent third-party provider.
Unless the activity is expressly included in the Booking and sold through Lennam, Lennam does not operate, supervise or control that activity. A separate agreement may arise between the Customer and the third-party activity provider.
Customers should review the provider’s price, safety procedures, restrictions and insurance arrangements before participating in a separately purchased activity.
Passengers must respect applicable national park, marine protection, wildlife and environmental rules.
Passengers must not stand on or damage coral, disturb wildlife, discard rubbish into the sea, remove protected natural objects or engage in conduct that damages beaches, reefs, mangroves or other marine environments.
Passengers must follow lawful instructions concerning anchoring areas, wildlife interaction, waste disposal and restrictions on particular materials or activities.
The captain or Operator may refuse conduct that is unlawful, environmentally harmful or inconsistent with local rules.
Space aboard boats may be limited.
Customers should bring only reasonable personal belongings suitable for the selected vessel.
Large luggage, wheelchairs, strollers, surfboards, diving equipment, professional filming equipment, large coolers or other bulky items may require advance approval.
Passengers are responsible for protecting phones, cameras, documents, jewellery, cash and other personal belongings from water, sand, loss or damage.
Except where loss is caused by negligence or another basis of liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, Lennam and the Operator are not responsible for ordinary water exposure, sand damage, unattended belongings or items dropped overboard.
Customers and Passengers must take reasonable care of the vessel and its equipment.
A Customer may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing damage deliberately or negligently caused by the Customer or a Passenger included in the Booking.
Ordinary wear, accidental movement caused by normal sea conditions and damage not attributable to the Customer or Passenger will not be charged to the Customer.
Lennam or the Operator may request reasonable evidence of any claimed damage and associated repair cost.
The listing and Booking confirmation will identify the principal items included in the Trip.
Depending on the Booking, included items may consist of the boat, captain, crew, fuel, drinking water, life jackets or specified equipment and services.
Unless expressly stated as included, the Booking may not include meals, alcoholic drinks, snorkelling equipment, island admission, national park fees, beach chairs, umbrellas, optional activities, hotel transfers, parking, guide services, photography or gratuities.
An item is not included merely because it appears in a destination photograph or general promotional image.
Lennam may use Google Maps, Mapbox or another mapping service to display departure points, destination areas, route illustrations or approximate operating locations.
Map pins and route lines are provided for orientation and customer convenience.
They are not marine-navigation instructions and must not be used to direct the vessel.
The actual route will be selected by the captain according to weather, tide, marine traffic, vessel suitability, local restrictions and safety.
Any publicly displayed boat location may be approximate, delayed or limited for privacy and operational reasons.
By making a Booking, you agree that Lennam may contact you through the email address, telephone number or messaging service you provide.
Communications may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp, LINE, telephone, in-app message or another agreed method.
Operational communications may include payment notices, Booking confirmation, departure instructions, safety information, Operator assignment, weather updates, Trip changes and support messages.
These transactional messages are necessary to administer the Booking and are separate from optional marketing communications.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and monitoring the supplied contact method before departure.
In an emergency, Passengers should follow the captain’s instructions and contact the appropriate emergency authority where possible.
Customers may also contact Lennam so that Lennam can communicate with the Operator, coordinate available assistance or help contact relevant services.
Lennam is not a police, medical, marine-rescue or emergency-response service and cannot guarantee immediate on-site assistance.
The Platform and Lennam’s customer support must not be treated as a substitute for contacting an appropriate emergency authority.
Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method.
Lennam may request reasonable information required to verify the Booking, payment and grounds for the refund request.
A refund may be adjusted for an amount that was lawfully non-refundable, already supplied, irreversibly paid to a third party, attributable to an accepted Booking change or reasonably attributable to Customer misconduct or damage.
No deduction will be made where prohibited by law.
Refund processing times depend on the relevant payment provider, card issuer or bank.
Lennam will not issue more than one refund for the same payment.
Customers are encouraged to contact Lennam promptly where they believe a payment or Booking has been handled incorrectly.
This allows Lennam to review the payment record, contact the Operator and attempt to resolve the matter.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a Customer from exercising lawful rights through a bank, card issuer, payment provider, regulator or court.
Knowingly submitting a false or duplicative payment dispute may result in suspension of the Customer’s account and recovery of amounts lawfully owed.
A complaint should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the issue arises.
Where an issue occurs before or during a Trip, you should notify Lennam promptly where it is safe and practical to do so. Timely notice may allow Lennam or the Operator to correct the issue.
Complaints may be sent to lennamboats@gmail.com.
The complaint should include the Booking reference, date of the Trip, a clear description of the issue, relevant photographs or documents, any amount disputed and the resolution requested.
Lennam may share relevant complaint information with the Operator, payment provider, insurer, regulator or professional adviser where reasonably necessary to investigate, resolve or respond to the matter.
Customers may be invited to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content.
Content submitted to Lennam must be honest, lawful and based on the Customer’s genuine experience.
You must not submit content that is fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, unlawfully discriminatory, obscene or invasive of another person’s privacy.
You must have the right to submit any photograph or other material provided to Lennam.
By submitting content for publication, you grant Lennam a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that content for operating and promoting the Platform, subject to applicable privacy law.
Lennam may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
The Lennam name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, software and other original Platform materials are owned by or licensed to Lennam.
You may use the Platform only for personal and lawful booking purposes.
You must not scrape Platform content, copy substantial portions of the website, create a competing database from Lennam’s listings, reverse engineer Platform software, interfere with Platform security, misuse Lennam branding or falsely represent an affiliation with Lennam.
Customers should make payment through the authorised Lennam payment process unless Lennam expressly confirms another arrangement in writing.
Lennam cannot reliably verify, administer or protect a payment made directly to an Operator without Lennam’s written authorisation.
A Customer who makes an unauthorised payment outside the Platform may lose access to Lennam’s payment records, cancellation administration, refund facilitation and dispute support for that transaction.
Customers and Operators must not deliberately move a Booking initiated through Lennam outside the Platform for the purpose of avoiding disclosed Platform fees.
The Platform may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, mapping providers, communications platforms, transportation providers, activity businesses, accommodation providers or government websites.
Third-party services operate under their own terms, policies and technical systems.
Lennam is not responsible for a third-party service’s independent content, downtime, fees, privacy practices or separate contractual performance, except where Lennam has expressly accepted responsibility or applicable law provides otherwise.
Lennam seeks to maintain reliable access to the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may be affected by maintenance, technical failure, internet outages, payment-provider downtime, cyber incidents, third-party service interruption, emergency updates or circumstances outside Lennam’s reasonable control.
A temporary Platform interruption does not automatically cancel a Booking that has already been confirmed.
Customers should retain their Booking confirmation and monitor the contact information provided for operational updates.
Lennam may suspend or restrict access to the Platform where a Customer acts fraudulently, misuses payment credentials, threatens safety, abuses Operators or staff, attempts to interfere with the Platform, deliberately avoids fees, violates applicable law or materially breaches these Terms.
Where reasonably possible, Lennam will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Immediate action may be taken where reasonably necessary to protect safety, prevent fraud, comply with law or prevent material harm.
Suspension does not remove obligations arising from an existing Booking or conduct that occurred before suspension.
Boat travel, beaches, swimming and marine environments involve risks that cannot be eliminated entirely.
These risks may include vessel movement, wet or uneven surfaces, boarding difficulties, sun exposure, heat, seasickness, changing weather, currents, marine animals, underwater hazards and delayed access to medical care.
By participating, Passengers accept the ordinary and reasonably apparent risks inherent in the selected Trip.
This does not excuse negligence, unlawful conduct, failure to fulfil a legal duty or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lennam does not guarantee a particular weather condition, wildlife sighting, water visibility, beach atmosphere or exact journey duration.
Destination conditions may differ from photographs or descriptions because of weather, tide, season, maintenance, crowd levels, environmental changes or third-party decisions.
Reasonable route, landing and timing changes may be necessary for safety or lawful operation.
The Operator and captain, rather than Lennam, control the vessel and make day-of-operation navigation and safety decisions.
Nothing in this section excludes mandatory statutory rights or remedies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.
Subject to that qualification, Lennam is not responsible for loss caused solely by an independent Operator, inaccurate information supplied by the Customer, a missed departure caused by late arrival, unauthorised off-platform payment, foreign-exchange charges, an independently purchased activity, an independent third-party service or an event outside Lennam’s reasonable control.
Lennam is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings or another remote commercial loss arising from a personal leisure Booking, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Where Lennam is legally liable in connection with a Booking, Lennam’s liability may be limited to the amount paid through Lennam for that Booking to the extent such a limitation is fair, lawful and enforceable.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or another category of liability that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Lennam and the Operator may be unable to perform or may be delayed by circumstances outside reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include severe weather, dangerous sea conditions, natural disaster, epidemic, public-health restriction, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, government order, port closure, fuel disruption, communications failure, labour disruption, sudden regulatory action or widespread infrastructure failure.
Where such an event affects a Booking, Lennam will use reasonable efforts to communicate with the Customer and offer an appropriate change, rebooking, credit or refund where required by the Booking conditions or applicable law.
Lennam processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Information reasonably necessary to administer a Booking may be shared with the relevant Operator, payment provider, technical service provider or other party involved in delivering the Trip.
The Privacy Policy explains what information Lennam collects, how it is used, the circumstances in which it may be shared and the rights available to individuals.
The Privacy Policy forms part of the legal terms governing your use of the Platform.
You agree that your electronic acceptance of these Terms, electronic submission of a Booking request and electronic completion of payment may create a binding agreement.
Booking confirmations, receipts, notices and other communications may be delivered electronically.
Lennam may retain electronic records of Booking information, consent, payment and customer communications in accordance with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.
These Terms do not remove or reduce any mandatory rights available to a consumer under applicable law.
Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection requirement, the mandatory requirement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
Customers may contact an appropriate consumer-protection authority, regulator, payment provider or court where they are entitled to do so.
These Terms and any dispute arising from the Platform or a Booking are governed by the laws of Thailand, subject to any mandatory rights that may apply to the Customer.
Customers should first contact Lennam at lennamboats@gmail.com so that the matter can be investigated and an informal resolution attempted.
The parties will seek to resolve disputes in good faith through direct communication before commencing formal proceedings, unless urgent relief is reasonably required.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to a court or other authority having lawful jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure by Lennam to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive Lennam’s right to enforce it later.
Lennam may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, regulation, Platform features, payment methods, security requirements, operating procedures, service locations or Lennam’s business structure.
The revised Terms will be published with an updated effective date.
A material change will not be applied retroactively to an existing confirmed Booking where doing so would unlawfully reduce the Customer’s rights.
The Terms in effect when a Booking is confirmed will ordinarily govern that Booking, together with the specific listing, cancellation conditions and Booking confirmation.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the cancellation conditions displayed at checkout, the relevant listing, the Booking confirmation and any additional condition expressly accepted before payment constitute the agreement governing your use of Lennam and the Booking.
Where a specific Booking condition conflicts with a general provision in these Terms, the more specific Booking condition will ordinarily apply, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Questions, complaints and notices concerning these Terms may be sent to Lennam at lennamboats@gmail.com.
